Yes. We are fully registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).

Q3: Is my payment information safe on your website?

Q4: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept FPX online banking, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and  eWallets (Touch ‘n Go, Boost, GrabPay)

Q5: Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, we currently support COD

Q6: What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices on our website are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) by default. For international buyers, the final amount may vary depending on your local bank’s exchange rate or any conversion fees applied.


Shipping & Delivery

Q7: Do you ship across Malaysia?
Yes. We deliver to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak using trusted couriers such as J&T Express, Pos Laju, and GDex.

Q8: Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping via DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping charges and delivery times vary by destination.

Q9: How long does delivery take?

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–4 business days

  • Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 business days

  • International: 5–14 business days depending on location and customs

Q10: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.


Returns & Refunds

Q11: Can I return a product?
Yes, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. Contact [email protected] for approval before sending any item back.

Q12: What items are non-returnable?
We do not accept returns for:

  • Mobile reloads/top-ups

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items marked as “final sale”

  • Opened or unsealed items, unless defective

Q13: How are refunds processed?
After inspection and approval, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.


Legal, Compliance & Export

Q14: Are there any legal or export restrictions?
Yes. We comply with Malaysian export laws and international trade regulations. We do not ship to countries under embargo or trade restrictions. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import regulations in their country.

Q15: Will I be charged customs or duties?
For international orders, import duties and VAT are the buyer’s responsibility and may be charged upon arrival, depending on your country’s regulations.

Q16: Are your products original and new?
Yes. All our products are 100% original, brand new, and sourced from authorized distributors or manufacturers.

Q17: What happens if the item I receive is damaged or wrong?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send photos and your order number to [email protected], and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

Q18: I ordered a reload credit. Where is it?
Reload credits are delivered digitally within 1–30 minutes of payment. If you haven’t received yours after an hour, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
